Our Design-Build Process for Kitchen Remodeling

- Initial In‑Home Consultation – We start in your kitchen — observing how the space is currently used, what's limiting you, and what you want it to become. The more honestly we can assess all of it together, the stronger every decision that follows will be.
- Precision Estimates – Kitchen remodels are significant investments, and vague estimates create real problems down the line. Before anything moves forward, you'll have a detailed, accurate picture of what the project costs — based on real scope, real materials, and honest projections. No surprises mid-build.
- Design Phase & Agreement – Design Phase & Design Agreement Cabinetry layouts, countertop selections, appliance placement, lighting plans, and finish details are all developed and reviewed until every element is exactly right.
The design agreement locks that plan in — so construction has a clear, agreed-upon blueprint to execute against, protecting both your vision and our work.
4: Production Phase (Pre-Installation Agreement) – Before demolition begins, materials are ordered, trades are scheduled, and every detail is staged and confirmed. In a kitchen remodel, this phase is critical — the sequencing of plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, and countertop installation has to be right, and that coordination happens here, not on the fly.
